Twice in a row they've got my salad wrong. One time it had no cheese or sauce. The second time was an Italian bmt salad with extra turkey. All they added was turkey. These people are brain damaged. Won't order again

I have been calling the Springbank garage Subway for over 25 minutes! Yet again, you have missed out my meal deal order!!! You owe me a drink and the crisps from the order. It's ridiculous that you just miss these prwtty signifiavt things out of a meal deal?! People pay extra for this.. clearly states it on the receipt. Clearly not reading the notes properly, make me worried for those who have allegies! It's not even the first time, and to top that off, you don't answer the phone to the customers to rectify the issue!!! Sort it out PLEASE!!!!! Simply read through order and care enough to get it right for a paying customer.

The guy serving us used the same gloves to make our subs, clean the work surfaces and operate the till and giving change , then going back to the next customer with the same gloves and repeating the same. Totally unacceptable and unhygienic practice. High risk of contamination ?this has really put me off going there in future.

Food is always great but the waiting time is truly horrendous. I waited 45 min in a queue behind 4 people and I had about 6 people behind me. Staff were busy making Just Eat orders and just left customers waiting. I could see the staff were overwhelmed with all the orders.
Definitely need more staff.

Extremely rude staff with an attitude problem, they could do with some customer service training. When asking for a simple change from the standard toppings that come with one of their sandwiches, the lady behind the counter barked "its a set build" like I'm supposed to know what that means, I asked what that meant and she repeated "its a set build!". All I wanted was jalapeños instead of peppers, she then started being argumentative and what's worse is she was then backed up by her manager who had the same attitude. After this I conceded and asked them to make the sandwich as it comes, throughout the making of my sandwich they continued to whisper to one another, no doubt about me. Very rude and disrespectful

The franchise owner should be sacked by subway! Theres always only one person working and takes ages just to grab a sandwich! You should learn from from the blackburn stores! Also the salad does not look as fresh. Horrible branch with hardly no staff i dont blame the staff i blame the franchise owner being greedy and cutting cost!
