Lady with glasses was extremely rude and unprofessional with my sister she told her one price then charged 1 pound told her to come back with my mum because she doesn?t understand yet she never explained then the manager was saying to his colleagues that they are wasting their time absolutely disgusting behaviour learn what customer service is!!! I?ll be back to make a complaint never again

The Asian men are Rude, arrogant, ignorant, obnoxious, unethical, out and out liars. Pathetic service - Every time. I have actually officially complained the Post Office about them. I have received a written apology from the Post Office who told me they will be disciplined utilising their internal procedures. But I replied to say I want the two guys to apologise but more importantly to improve the quality of service, which we all as citizens and tax payers

Very rude man banging on window at us. Told us to go out and wait coz only 6 people allowed in but people behind us were allowed in. When we eventually got in, he banged at us again telling us to move elsewhere to put stamps on envelopes. We will not be using this Post Office again.

Absolutely shocking service on phone and even inside post office very rude old guy ladies inside are reasonable ok but the owner is very rude and doesn?t talk to you properly just ignore you even saw him been rude with other customers too he shouldn?t be allowed to carry on like this

Terrible service miserable depressing place. out of date signage on door, saying closed until further notice, yet it was open. Has a maximum of six people in at one time. scruffy shop, old stock, dirty floors, stinks of damp. They have a maximum deposit of £500. So I had to go to another post office to deposit extra £100.I'm selling my shares in Royal Mail. this sort of service and the price of stamps/postage will destroy the company.

The Nelson Post Office is the busiest place in town, however, they do not accept contactless payments even in this day and age which is a shame.

September 2023. Run by a very rude older man. It was an hour?s drive to this, our most local visa collection post office. When we asked him to check again for a British Resident?s Permit that we knew has been at Nelson post office for 10 weeks, he said he?d already checked again and visas are only received on Fridays. We tried to ask a female assistant to check and he stopped her from doing so. He told my female friend not to tell him how to do his job & to get out of his post office and come back in two weeks. On the next Thursday, a male friend went to check and the BRP was there, claiming it had been received on the Wednesday. Obnoxious and inconsistent in his stories.

I cant understand how this post office still open,the old asian man rudest person, i came to buy euros and wanted to use part of the payment in coins which was 50p coins (£36 in total) he say we not accepting that much coins, its still money or not??? i asked where can i complain about you not taking money,he say you can complain to Rishi Sunak Prime Minister he say he is not bothered about complaints, This guy should be replaced and he shouldn't work in Nelson post office

Doesn't close till 1.30 just been to put my gas on as only place I can do it told him I have no gas on with two children at home as run out he said no they closed to go somewhere else no other places close enough to get gas

Disgusting service. Customers queuing out in the cold because there are only allowed six inside. There is no justification for it any more. The branch is huge.The premises inside are depressing, chaotic and with very bad space-management.No care for customers whatsoever. It is a shame for the Post Office.
