I like Morrisons but this one is a poorly managed store, many products have no price labels, or label not placed against the right product. Overpriced in general, prices are more like some city centre corner stores rather than a big supermarket, don't find good offers here. Staff not professional or helpful. It's actually the worst supermarket I have been to in the country, such a shame.

I went into morrisons for one thing that they didn?t have in the other shops, i came across a young fella named siraj who was in the middle of doing reductions to help me find what i was looking for!!! amazing service from him, definitely coming back again

outsourcing their customer service so you can?t get a problem solved in the time it should be. ordered shopping for yesterday and it?s still not turned up and no communication from the store either. went through their outsourced customer service and was just left on hold for 25 minutes and nobody got back to me, well annoyed

I found this supermarket to be more expensive than others in the area. There also didn't seem to be any difference in stock. We wanted to get some doughnuts and we found the selection poor.

Its a small store compared to blackburn. But very kind, friendly people there. Store has lots of stuff. And the cafe is still open! Were my locals isnt.
