To be honest, it?s not even supposed to get 1 star. Even clicking that one star is making me feel that I?m lying. The pizzas were awful, one single piece of chicken botti was shredded all over a 12 inches ?chicken tikka pizza?. Pizza is supposed to be made with cheese and not just tomato sauce and some burnt onions. So first time in my life having a pizza with no cheese and one botti spread around. To make the sauce a bit more in quantity she thought she can add some water in it. It doesn?t work like that. Never ever ordering from here waste of every single penny! And the girl taking the order was so rude, no customer service whatsoever! Very disappointed

Just ordered a takeaway and it was absolutely disgusting went straight In the bin. Wrong pizza sent, samosas burnt, no chips called them up for her to say sorry busy and hang up. £35 straight in the bin. Only order from here if you?re on a diet.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! I ordered two man eater kebabs and they sent 2 mixed kebabs. I spent nearly £30 on these two kebabs and a £12 order came. I rang and they refused to send out the right order, will never order again. Just lost out on £30. Joke of a place

Ordered 2 x pizzas one with extra prawn and one with extra cheese which neither were given, ordered 2 garlic sauces which were less than half filled and runny! Ordered large chips which were soggy and cold and a small potion nothing large about it. The pizzas were thick dough and I'd say under cooked, we've had to throw everything away after attempting our best to eat it. All cost £23 delivered and was utterly disappointed. Won't be using Mama's again for a pizza treat!

I placed an order at just eat and it shows me that the order will arrive between 9:00 and 9:30 and I called the restaurant and when I told him that if he could respectfully let me know when the order would arrive and they screamed on the phone and when I told them that if they don't send me the order I'll call consumer protection, they made me stupid and etc. I told them I'm calling the police and they hung up my phone and blocked my number, they're very insensitive
Vegetarian options: they are the most insensitive people

I got a kebab last night from here and it was awful it was like yesterday's leftovers the donor meat was dry and like leather the chicken was hard and dry the portions was small but it all went in the bin I will not be going there ever again I would not recommend this place it was disgusting

Ordered donner wrap, meat was rock solid, so was the wrap. Gave us one small chips and one large and they tasted half frozen still. And the completely wrong burger. All food freezing cold and inedible: ordered 2 Pepsi and got ?zanti cola??????? When we rang the store, they weren?t helpful at all, lied and said we ordered a completely different burger, and then hung up on us.

I orderd food on just eat and It was never delivered.
I contacted the restaurant and they hung up on me twice and swore at me
I've now spent £15 and don't have my food !
I'm not happy to say the least !

Please do not eat at this place you will regret it!!! This place used to be the best takeout. I have eaten at this place for 14 years but since the new owner came the food has become absolutely disgusting and inedible. The food makes you sick and the service is awful. If i could rate this place a 0/10 i would but i can?t so i give this a 1/10. I got a pizza which when you bit into it, it oozed out oil and did not taste like pizza at all, i got a mix grill aswell and chips and donner - the food was just not edible! I paid the normal price and got an extremely small portion like less than a handful of salad, donner and chips. I feel embarrassed for this takeout because this business used to be the best and now it?s gone to the worst!!! All the food just oozes out a weird substance and smells awful. If this food isn?t 1 month old then it?s older! i am surprised the council haven?t closed this place down because i cannot make this clear enough but the food cannot be eaten me and my family have gotten sick because of this. this place is a threat to society.

Avoid at all costs, placed order through JustEat took over an hour to come.Stuffed crust pizzas not stuffed crust, missing items, and the food is just not safe for consumption, one of the worst experiences we've had.Avoid for your own sake.
