Iman the server lady was so polite and friendly. She was very nice and kind and gave me options for my order and made sure that I felt comfortable, and welcomed me very cheerfully. Lovely, cozy place with a pleasant atmosphere. Would recommend

The place Greggs is so nice and comfy. This place is accessible open for everyone. And also there is a variety of food, drinks Available.
Wheelchair accessibility: Anyone with wheelchairs is able to come inside greggs.

Can't fault greggs in nelson, very busy every time I visit, but the staff are always smiling, very helpful well turned out. has the feeling of a local meeting place. The manager kay I belive looks like she leads from the front, which definitely shows, customer service is so important to most of us and when we find it we tend to return.Shame it's such a small shop with limited seatingMy one gripe is the just eat drivers, who sometimes take up seating , waiting for pickup, they also have a habit of putting dirty bags on clean tables,The staff do ask them not to and to be fair they always comply,Well done kay and staff at nelson...Ps your probably keeping the footfall up in the rest of the arndale.
