Waited 20 mins for a simple click and collect order for some wipers. Spoke to customers in front of me were being dealt with for 30 mins prior to me arriving at the store and they told me 4 customers had walked in and back out whilst they were there. I reckon they easily lost a few hundred quid in business. Shocking.Email said click and collect in 15 mins...wait in store all day they never said.FYI...this happened around 12pm on May 27th.

Way to expensive, local car parts shop are alot cheaper with better quality products, staayy weellll away Rip off prices. Daylight robbery is what i call it.

Used before with no issues, placed an order online for click and collect - email said it would be ready within 30 minutes.Heard nothing all day so bought elsewhere and phoned to cancel, first call no answer, second call explained and no apology just what's your order 'mate' and that's cancelled!

YESTERDAY 12 OCT I VISITED THE BURNLEY BRANCH , I SPOKE TO A GUY CALLED JAMES WHO I FOUND WAS VERY POLITE , VERY HELPFUL , AND DEFINITELY KNEW HIS STUFF .
