When it did not respond they offered information on replacement options but with no sales pressure at all. We arranged a COVID friendly collection. The shop is very quick to reach from the motorway and there is a loading bay at the side. The new printer was loaded into our boot and when we got home there was a message to thank us for making the journey and assuring us of any necessary after sales service. Lovely people, heartily recommended. New printer easy to set up and working beautifully.”
