I got the chicken strips meal. The chicken was cold and when I told them they got angry saying we just took it out of the oil and its hot. The chicken was absolutely cold. Really bad service and the guy serving us was argumentative. Onlookers were watching how rude he was. Need to provide a better service.

Poor service. Absolute disgrace, firstly order was incorrect. Placed an order at 11:15pm and order arrives at 00:12am , cheese burger meal was missing, wings smelt off and were burnt , chips were cold and strips were rock hard. Rang them back to explain the order was missing and the wings were off and burnt and response I got was we can?t do anything as we are about to close.

Instead of strip burger meal got filet burger, Instead of cheeseburger with 2 pieces of burgers got one large, which was more bigger than bun. ?Chips was wet, feels like it wasnt fresh fried. Chicken wings wasnt like in the past. Defo changed ingriedients. No plain mayo. Very disapointed.

Food was rock solid and inedible, they said they would send replacement and turned up and hour later asking for the old food back which we threw in the bin and refused to give fresh food without taking the old which was binned. Awful food and awful service

Ordered Asian pizza deal and the dough was like very old and it looks as the pizza?s were reheated. Not fresh and bad taste. Did not made as said not spicy at all!

Dixys is a place where it?s not the best but it?s not the worst. Sometimes the foods amazing and other days it is questionable.
