Very late service , found hair in my food , i want refund £25

I got the chicken strips meal. The chicken was cold and when I told them they got angry saying we just took it out of the oil and its hot. The chicken was absolutely cold. Really bad service and the guy serving us was argumentative. Onlookers were watching how rude he was. Need to provide a better service.

Me and my friends ordered at 12:15am and it's currently 1 30pm and still havnt arrived l, this is disappointing, never ordering from here again
