The Pharmacy is quite modern, clean and tidy. I've been there a few times and my main feedback would be basic Customer Service. With my recent visit, there was none, no smile, no hello, just "next please".No friendly interaction on both dropping the prescription off or collecting it an hour later. I also watched other Customers being served by another member of staff and it was the same.I paid for my prescription and just stood there for another 20 seconds, as I didn't know if the payment went through, then the guy just looked at me with the thought of why you still here, at this point I said all sorted? And he said yes. I mean just interact with people as humans?The last thing we want is Pharmacists turning into GP surgery receptions, and we all know what I mean by that.Please just improve on some basic Customer Service, a friendly smile, good morning/afternoon would go a long way for everyone who is visiting you. People don't want to come into a Pharmacy with staff with glum faces on.

I had my covid booster at this pharmacy. The staff members were welcoming, friendly and professional. The premises were clean, tidy and well lit. There is roadside parking outside the pharmacy.

Been with this chemist for 3 months and ee have now changed chemists.The reason being items aren't delivered, not even ordered from the supplier 2+ weeks after they receive monthly prescription. When you ring they say it will be delivered that day its in stock, rig again when you don't receive the other 3 days and get told its not in stock.

I visited on a Saturday to have my vaccine which was great as I wasn?t sure if I?d find an open pharmacy willing to give my jab on a Saturday! The pharmacist was so helpful and also gave me advice on a personal problem which I was worried about. I felt she listened and didn?t judge. Will use this pharmacy again when I?m in the area.

This chemist is listed on the NHS website as a walk in centre for the COVID booster. I walked in after driving 15 miles, this pharmacy being listed as closest. The chemist said something about his doses being booked up. However if it's a walk in, it should be first come etc. Anyway extremely disappointed after traveling so far. Either the website needs updating or it's just bad service.

The pharmacy worker wanted me to pay for the medicine that the doctor dispensed for free. Over 20 minutes of waiting where the other staff members do nothing. They walk around laughing out loud... embarrassing...?

Very poor service this morning. Pharmacy was empty when I arrived. 3 members of staff saw me waiting but no-one acknowledged. Granted they were busy making up prescriptions and answering the phone, but someone should be manning the desk and a simple acknowledgment would have been courteous! I waited a good 10 minutes before finally giving up and walking out.

Very rude ignorant staff not interested in serving customers just continued to walk past me and ignore me despite their being no other customers in shop and 4 staff members just wandering about aimlessly.

Today myself and two others attended Barkerhouse Pharmacy for PCR tests we were treated in a professional courteous and very efficient manner.Later this evening I became unsure whether I had given the correct e.mail address feeling stressed I e.mailed the Pharmacy with my e.mail address to check. Made an appointment here, via the NHS app.When I arrived, a few minutes early, there were 4 people waiting ahead of me, even so my visit to this pharmacy lasted less than ten minutes.The vaccinator was very professional, and courteous.The pharmacy was very clean, and the waiting area was well organised.A very pleasant experience.
