There's no zero rating because that's what you deserve. I ordered patio furniture three weeks ago, and in the meantime, the delivery time was changed about three times, after which they marked it as delivered. I explained the matter to the local store because, of course, you can't rely on phone service. My parcel was found in the warehouse. The mistake cost me a £200 deposit for the person who was scheduled to build the patio. I used two days, took three days off work for nothing, took time off work to be available during the scheduled delivery hours, fuel to a store 10 miles from my address, and lost my nerves. After finding the missing parcel, a new delivery date was set for September 5, 2025, which was changed to September 8. Are you serious? If I worked like that, I'd be living under a bridge. Time to get a job at your company. Life must be easy there. Regards, Adrian from Hapton.

Ok foremost things but the bigger stores have far more choice

I went in the evening around 6:30 yesterday morning.The grown up men workers in their 50s placing stock at duplex paint aisle were rude and condescending. If you want to speak about customers at least have the decency after when they have left! However the young girl on the till was lovely and seeked help for us-what a shame about the other unhelpful workers in store!
