***ONLINE TRADING THIEVES***THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES SOLD THEM SOMETHING ON EBAY. HOWEVER THEY CLAIMED PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL (I DIS AGREED) CLEARLY THIS WAS THE COURIER COMPANIES FAULT.ANYWAYS THEY WERE GIVEN A FULL REFUND AND INSTANTLY BLOCKED ME WITHOUT RETURNING THE PRODUCT. I HAVE TRIED CALLING A NUMEROUS AMOUNT OF TIMES BUT CLEARLY THESE GUYS ARE AVOIDING ME. I AM AIMING TO SORT THINGS IN A PRAGMATIC APPROACH BEFORE TAKING MATTERS FURTHER!

Absolutely superb. We had problems with our old printer and AK gave us some tips over the phone to try to fix it. When it did not respond they offered information on replacement options but with no sales pressure at all. We arranged a COVID friendly collection. The shop is very quick to reach from the motorway and there is a loading bay at the side. The new printer was loaded into our boot and when we got home there was a message to thank us for making the journey and assuring us of any necessary after sales service. Lovely people, heartily recommended. New printer easy to set up and working beautifully.

My laptop was beyond repair on my end, i took it into AK and they had managed to fix it. Brilliant service all round, kept me upto date and great prices. My go to for any computer/hardware issues.

Most people I know opt for PC World and their ilk when buying something vaguely technical but a place like A K Computers - a stone's throw away from a PC World store - is a much braver option. They repaired my laptop a while ago and I have since consulted them with anything toubling me, computer-wise. They do trade ins, second hand models, repairs and upgrades and periphs. You can order server systems, networking help and even web design. Its a small shop but they are helpful and knowledgeable and more than a match for the cheesey grins on the high street and retail parks.
