came in and what I needed at home.
Plenty of tools and bits on stock and they delivered the wood within 24hours

Ok so I?m not your average builder, I am female and doing some home improvements, after going to another leading building merchants (won?t name names) I was left feeling deflated because they only did trade, I was just after four lengths of skirting boards for my Newley decorated living room. I was on my way to Homebase when I drove past TPs, so I thought I?ll give it a go and see what they say. I explained my situation that I am just a female trying to do some home improvements, not a builder, and that I would need them delivering. Now let me just say the service I received was impeccable, I didn?t feel judged (like I felt at the other merchants), I was treat just like any other buyer, I was shown out to the yard where they kept all their skirting boards. The man in there helped me pick one out and even gave me a sample so I could try it for size and fit at home. I went home measured up and was very happy with the product. I then went back and was served by Lisa who was soooo helpful and friendly, and arranged delivery for sooner than expected of tomorrow. I can not praise them enough. Well done TPs I will definitely be back for my home improvements!!!!! In my opinion reasonably priced too !! Bonus !!

Usually friendly and helpful staff and good timber products, but today I had an unpleasant experience with an older bald headed person in the Morecambe branch that was all attitude. Overcharged me, implied I lied about the price I'd seen online but didn't bother to check, just stoke there arrogantly arguing before dismissively walking away from me. Seemed to be actively trying to piss me off. It worked!
