Can't thank Tony enough. He was nothing but helpful from first contact. He provided great care of our vehicle and explained all aspects of the job thoroughly before starting. He saved us a great deal on what was a costly job. We were so impressed we brought our second vehicle to Tony for it ls MOT, which was no trouble and was completed in less than 48 hours with a courtesy car provided. I see 123 5 Star Reviews not 1 verifiedMy son took his car in to TM NOBLE at Morecambe with an instrument console not working after an MOT at a different garage and rather than take it back when he realised it wasn't working typical young lad :-P, he decided to take to these cowboys he was told £80 for a diagnostic . They said the instrument console had 3 faults and Vauxhall would charge hundreds of £££s to fix or replace it (complete rubbish), but they found a place down south that could repair it and send it back for £250 upwards. I phoned TM NOBLE personally to find out what the problems were and asked for a break down of the costs, the person on the other end was stuttering and struggling to tell me what the costs were for (a sure sign of someone lying), so I told him to put it back together and I'll get the part myself, fit it myself and reprogramme it myself, he said err ok then charged £95 for the diagnostic and put it back together. When they put it back together low and behold as if by magic the instrument console was working strange that it was working after they received a call from someone that knew what they were talking about considering there was 3 faults within the console (must be related to Harry Potter). I would steer well clear of this so called garage willing to rip off a young lad and take his car away for 4 days while the none faulty console was NOT repaired and he would not be able to get to work because he works on the motorway and there is no public transport that would get him there, so he relies on his car to get him to and from work. My guess is a wire had come loose during the MOT and they knew it and saw a chance to earn some cash on the side from a young lad that doesn't have a clue about car faults or repairs It's just as well he had the sense to call me that does have a clue about faults and repairs because I used to be a trustworthy mechanic and I would of done it myself but my father passed away 2 weeks ago and I'm sorting everything out for his funeral. I think a call to the trading standards is in order here as well as the financial ombudsman to report this behaviour, it is totally unacceptable. When he went in to pay for for what they had done the £80 diagnostic went up to £97 because they failed to mention that tax was not included complete rip off merchants steer well clear of this so called garage.UPDATE TO REPLY1 140+ 5 Star reviews I only see 124 on google and not one of them has been verified as a genuine review, plus 124 reviews on google in 45 years is not a lot of reviews did you run out of friends. I don't see any reviews on Trustpilot where they actually verify the reviews as been genuine.2 The car went in for a diagnostic thats all nothing else at the time, the diagnostic came back with 3 faults on the instrument cluster. No one told you or your team to remove the instrument cluster and clean the earths/terminals nor did any one call to see if my son wanted this doing so the no charge is complete rubbish because you CANNOT CHARGE for work carried out that has NOT been AUTHORISED by the owner. You/your team decided to do this of your own accord so don't go throwing that into the mix Simple.3 Me myself being an honest mechanic in the past would of called the customer to see what they wanted to do and give them an approximate cost of the work needing doing if they came back with yes go ahead I would of checked for LOOSE CONNECTIONS FIRST then done exactly what you did BUT before I called the customer back to tell them there was going to be an extortionate cost and they wouldn't get there car back for 4 days I would of plugged the cluster back into the car to see if all my hard work had fixed the problem. Yes the car had gone away fully working was it a loose connection most likely did it need the earths/terminals cleaning probably not. It?s not often you find a garage that has a strong focus on customer service. When I heard a sheering sound in my engine I thought this can?t be good! The team at TM noble took no time at all in sorting parts and repairing. How they did it in the room provided in the engine bay I?ll never know but car is back on the road and running much smoother than before. Highly recommend! Thank you TM Noble

I live in Wigan but broke down when visiting my daughter in Lancaster. After being ripped off for £50 by a mobile mechanic, I was lucky to find TM Noble. The amazing Tony went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed and safe to drive. The repair was affordable and expertly carried out!Tony is a lovely man, he really looked after me and kept me fully informed every step of the way. I wish I lived closer because I would definitely be a loyal customer!Thank you again Tony, for everything! Cannot recommend this company enough!

We cannot thank Tony and team enough for helping us today! We have a 1989 Talbot express motorhome that broke down at Tebay this morning on a family holiday from the North of Scotland trying to get to Devon! I must have phoned 50 garages after finding out we needed a new starter motor, none of which even entertained us! Most of which didn?t even let me finish a sentence! Tony instantly came to the rescue without hesitation to help our family get back on the road within 4 hours! Problem solved with a friendly service with a smile! We cannot thank his genuine, timely, and effective work with our home on wheels! It?s not very often you meet truly nice people in the world anymore - Tony certainly is one of these! An absolute gem! First to time using TM Noble Engineers Ltd after being referred to them by Kwik Fit for an issue with my door locking mechanism.Very happy with the service provided.Tony, kept me informed every step of the way with what turned out to be a really awkward repair of my car.He tried to keep the costs down as much as possible.I would definitely recommend and I will be using their services again, if needed.

Absolutely fantastic garage! So glad I used this garage for my water pump replacement, I didn't realise just how lucky I was! They prioritised my car as it was somewhat of an emergency and kept me in the loop throughout. Very pleasant gentlemen and brilliant people to chat to!
