Nipped in to get 3 links taken out of watch strap. Usual guy Dave on holiday so the very helpful Brian gave it a go. Despite it being very tricky and Brian being convinced Dave had sent me to cause problems, he did it! Very chatty, very helpful and when I asked how much he would not take any money. Just told me to the live dream and enjoy. Unbelievable kindness which I will pay forward to others. Thank you ?

Popped in with my car key which was only activating half way when "flipping". The chap said he'd have a look and see if he could adjust the spring and if not was honest about it needing a new case etc as they don't just sell the smaller components such as springs.Returned in around 5mins and he'd adjusted and fixed the issue without requirement for an expensive replacment. Was really happy he was willing to investigate rather than just replace. Shows he has excellent knowledge of how craft.Just said to give a charitable donation in lue of his help. Will definitely be going here in the future for any key/watch related issues or cutting. Highly recommended.

Called today on an off chance of a watch repair, one I had sent to Longines only to be told it would be in the region of £300 repair/service. Well today I dropped it off went for a pint returned and job done, cost me a tenner... yes £10. Now if that's not great service and best value form a local retailer I don't know what is. Thank you.

Just stopped and asked if my boots could be heeled and the lovely young lady obliged. Within 20ins my boots were back on, heels good as new ready for the next few years. Excellent service, good price.
