My husband and I had been searching for a ?proper? mattress after years of sleeping on one of the hyped up, next-day delivery, rolled in a box mattresses we purchased during lockdown. We had reached the conclusion that despite the thousands of rave reviews for some of the highly- advertised brands, nothing quite beats the quality and durability of an old-school, pocket spring mattress. After trips to Bensons and Dreams where the choices were overwhelming and we didn?t get the level of service from the sales team we needed, we called into Bay Beds in Morecambe. Ross greeted us with a friendly smile and immediately helped us narrow down our preferences. He was extremely patient and understanding, especially considering how long we deliberated between a couple options for over an hour. We finally decided on a top quality Harrison Spinks Somnus super king mattress, which came with the divan as a set for a superb price. The icing on the cake was the Somnus Luxury Enhancer we added. Never in my life have I felt a more lush, comfortable bed. Truly died and gone to Heaven! Great experience, speedy home delivery, and unparalleled customer service. We highly recommend visiting if you?re on the hunt for your next bed and are looking for that something ?extra.?

Very pleased I chose Bay Bed Company, rather than a chain store. The showrooms are in a good location off the front, near a bus stop & the centre of Morecambe. I was asked what I wanted & shown the options then ordering & paying was easy. There are lots of beds & mattresses across three floors to try out. I was told 4-6 weeks for delivery & it has arrived today, after 4 & a half weeks. My old bed & all the packaging have been removed & the new bed has been assembled. All the staff were efficient. A very easy process. Thank you!

Bed was delivered ahead of schedule. They installed the new bed and removed the old one and all the packaging free of charge. I'm very happy with the purchase and would recommend Bay Bed Co..

Lovely service until paid, then not bothered with helping with any issues. Delivery asked for a call when on way with mattress, so old matteress ready with bedding off etc, didn't receive. Matteress came with heavy duty plastic and cardboard which took a lot of effort taking off then had to make a tip run to get rid of it. Definitely would not recommend.

Over 3 floors, good selection of beds, with a good range of prices, depending on your budget, unfortunately not good for wheelchairs, parking on street if you can get a space, overall good staff friendly and helpful

What great service, I had bought a bed over 4 years ago, during a deep clean a caster broke I contacted Bay Beds to ask for suppliers details however not only did they supply one free of charge they also delivered it to my house, service does not get any better than this, thank you Bay Beds
