Staff definitely needs a change in attitude and more customer service training, very rude for an employee to tell customers to their face that they?re unfortunately still open with a groggy little attitude pissed off he didn?t go for a fag.

Came in 30/08, appalled at customer service. Two colleagues in, one was lovely. The other (I think her name tag said Milly) needs to be taught some manners, she was rude and clearly didn?t want to be there.

I ordered a 6 inch bmt on hearty italian bread as a meal and got charged for a foot long meal. The food was nice good service but charged for the wrong meal.

Went in today, the salad was such a mess. It's all mixed up. I watched a lad today drop some into the other tubs and just pick it out and put it back. If you have allergies, I would give this place a huge miss..!!!They didn't change gloves either when handling meat then back to the salad.Really need a manager to spot check this place!

Lovely cafe, great staff, dog friendly and a very relaxed atmosphere, large cappuccino could do with an extra shot, but that's just my opinion, overall a very nice place for a relaxing unwind with a coffee and a cake.
