Staff definitely needs a change in attitude and more customer service training, very rude for an employee to tell customers to their face that they’re unfortunately still open with a groggy little attitude pissed off he didn’t go for a fag.

Came in 30/08, appalled at customer service. Two colleagues in, one was lovely. The other (I think her name tag said Milly) needs to be taught some manners, she was rude and clearly didn’t want to be there.

While I was there the person taking orders didn't notice I was stood in queue and started serving the people who were behind me in line
