Absolute understaffed chaos. Took 30 mins to even get asked if anyone could help. Everyone we approached was too busy. 2 members of staff on the shop floor on a busy Saturday. Eventually after 40 mins got the 1 pair of kids shoes I?d come in for. Just absolutely shambolic. Not even worth the bargain.

Just visited for football boots for grandchild. Unable to access as I have a disability and unable to use stairs, can?t believe in this day and age they never bothered to put a lift in the building. So do not bother with this store if you have prams or any disability that prevent you using stores. Would not think it?s 2024??

The guy behind the counter at game was cool talking to me about merchandise that I played with as a kid that was on sale it was nice to talk to someone who was genuinely interested in my interest

Appalling customer service, over charged and declined a refund, rude staff and an intimidating and aggressive manageress, just glad there were other customers to witness their behaviour.formalising a complaint to trading standards.

If you feel like losing the will to live , this is the best place go . Only one person on the till that was working her behind off while 5 other customers quing . Went to the game section with some stuff and guess what waited again and no staff there either . Decided I had better things to do so I left, passing 3 staff members at the door giggling like school kids togther . Bought all my items elsewhere . Hope the young lady on the till gets good recognition fir doing the work of the rest .

Refunds policy is a rubbish faded bit of A4. It'd be nice if staff at the counter actually mentioned you can only get a credit note.

Very bad experience women manager running after and embarrissing us in car park with an agressive attitude about alarms going off all items paid for and bigger attitude when asked why they didnt remove all tags while at the counter paying for the items made to feel like a criminal when i didnt have spare time to deal with them trying to get to a funeral after buying shoes to attend asked for a manager just to be told no not happy and will be addressi g further with staff in store
