I`d recommend anyone with doubts about their eyesight to go to Specsavers where the service is very friendly, efficient and honest. They were right the first time which was a few years ago and didn`t try to get me to pay for specs I don`t need.

I didn?t realise how bad my vision was till I got some reading glasses. I can manage without them but it makes a huge difference when I wear them. I?m very happy with glasses I chose and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Amazing friendly staff who not only recognised me and my wife but also remembered which two pairs of glasses we both chose (she helped us choose and gave advice). Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had an appointment booked for 10.15, arrived at 09.45 to an empty shop to be told by a whispering staff member I needed to go away and come back. This I did and on returning at 10.10 found it extremely full of people waiting. The member of staff who told me to come back, ignored me waiting at the desk, as did the lady behind the desk. I walked around to look at the glasses then again went back to the desk. Ignored yet again so left. Will use an independent optician in future

Visited for eye test at the Morecambe Branch yesterday. Friendly staff and professional service from optition. Charlotte staff member was particularly helpful when choosing frames and lenses etc. Although the shop was busy she took time to help me and put me at ease.

Very bad customer service by one of the managers
Ring then a week ago explaining that I'm unable to pay the full price till the end of the month
but was willing to pay £50 and the rest of the money what's only £30 and I got told you can't have them till I pay in full even though I can't see
I think this is disgusting

I'm a bit disappointed I visited lancaster shop and I had an issue with the screw fitting on my glasses . The lancaster shop said as it was could be repaired for free but because I had purchased them from the Morecambe branch I had to go there . I visited the Morecambe shop and was told it would cost me I think £44.. 2 shops 2 different outcomes..
