Ordered and collected, staff were polite and look forward to electrician putting in new shower i picked up. Prices compared, and screwfix was cheaper again on items i needed.

Some staff are great and knowledgeable, some try but miss the mark sometimes and one particular staff member needs customer service skills training and never gives you a receipt. Unfortunately they have products that I can't manage to get elsewhere so have little choice but to shop there
