Unhelpful staff when you have an emergency, despite two on the tills when the station was not busy. They seem disinterested and display a totally lack of customer service. Never again....

What has happened to this cafe. 3 weeks in a row.No . oat milk for my coffee. Despite being a supermarket with shelves stocked with it .They can't get it from there.. Tha staff are friendly just not enough of them.They didn't seem very well organised with no Leader. Tables always need cleaning and the floor a good regular sweep. Sainsburys need to get their act together and bring bring this cafe back up to the standard it used to be.Also get the stock ordering correct with a system were if they run out they can purchase from the supermarket. After 3 e mails to Customer Service the same problem still there..

First time here and what a surprise. Really friendly staff, great inexpensive food, and plenty of room between the tables. There is a lift from the ground floor so ideal for disabled. They even offer a service to fill your water bottles.

Ordered a large breakfast & was told they had no sausages. I said do you not have sausages on the shop floor you could use? The assistant said yes but they can?t use them but offered to swap sausage for bacon. I asked if I could have black pudding instead but this was a no as they don?t offer it despite selling it on shop floor and it being part of a full English. My wife asked for extra hash browns instead but this was also not possible because apparently you can only swap protein for protein. You would think it being a supermarket cafe and it being their fault they had no sausages they would make more of an effort to make it up to the customer. We decided to take our custom elsewhere namely weatherspoons where we got a full English which included sausage, black pudding plus more eggs and toast than we would have got at sainsburys for a similar price. The stupid thing is we were also going to do a family shop there after so they?ve missed that sale too through stupid policy bull****

Went for 2 half shot lattes ... staff behind the counter were great .. very friendly and working very hard. Coffee was perfect,cup was full and was hot. Well done cafe counter staff ,we will be back.

Me and my family were expecting a lively dinner however when we went up to order, the coffee ? machine was brocken which is fair enough, but then we asked for the English breakfast and the kids sausage and chips, they told us there were no sausages which is in furiating if this wasn't bad enough there wasn't any steak and ail pie. After being told this we had lots our patience and left .

Always clean and staff ? are very helpful, but go early, if you want a newspaper has, they seem ? to run out pretty ? quick ? overall ,you can get a ? an ? milk etc

What has happened to this cafe, it used to be so good. My daughter asked for a baked potato with tuna but they hadn't got any tuna even though there's a shop full of it so she had cheese, the menu said it came with side salad but arrived with only lettuce. Now for my grandsons meal of sausage, baked potato, beans and peas, the peas and potato were so dried up he couldn't eat it, not even a butter portion for the potato. This place isn't the cheapest of super market cafes and certainly not value for money
