This shop is the BEST for polite, friendly and courteous members of staff. They should be commended for their efforts regarding customer service!
The lady who served us was absolutely lovely. I was with my elderly family member who has mobility issues and they were so patient and calm with her. These days it?s unfortunately rare

I watched as the checkout assistants , were rude to an old couple who perhaps weren?t as fast through the self serve tills. Oh and if you purchase from Poundland and move away from the tills as the assistants were actually RUSHING people through , they will say you cannot by a bag for your items you have just bought and have to re queue WHAT A CROCK. My score is purely based on the lack of customer service provided

Went through self checkout whereby I witnessed one of your employees talking down to an elderly couple who were have issues with their shop. This was around 2pm and this clearly was not good customer service and I will never shop there again .
