I came in to renew my passport. The lady was so helpful and thorough. I was there maybe 20 mins. Really good service. Received my passport within 2 weeks.

Workers are useless,rude and have a bad attitude. Two staff in particular, stand offish,answer back and talk to you like you are the village idiot. Get a grip your customers matter,get some people skills or let someone pleasant take your job. Post offices are shutting everywhere let's just hope you're not out of a job soon!!!

Went in to sort our my car tax. Was served by John, I can honestly say the service, advice and assistance he offered was absolutely brilliant. Was not sure what I needed to do and he made the process simple.Thank you John (travel).
