Don't understand the podium set up.Waiting 20 mins in a queue of 4 people Then joined by 5 pensioners swaying on their walking sticks. 2 assistants only, one of them leaves her station to help customers at cash machines. Shocking service

Waited over 50mins to be served had to leave as my parking time was up didnt even get to the counter old guy behind me went up to the manager and said to his face it was disgraceful having to wait so long he walked out very bad service

The staff there are Moody , miserable think they are something special which is just laughable . On many occasions I've been at the bank , it's busy and only one desk is open . This bank is probably the worst I've ever had I was thinking about moving to a different bank but wasn't looking forward to all the switching account hassle .Fortunately you dont have go into banks much these days so I dont have to see their MISERABLE , MORBID faces.

Awful front of office staff, ignorant and unable to wear a mask properly. No consideration given to disabled people made to queue outside in the rain despite being unable to stand.

Had urgent business but at the bank but the area marked 'Let's talk was deserted.. Queued up for twenty minutes for the tills only to be told that there was nobody available to help. The cashier told me that her and her colleague on the other till were the only staff on site. Perhaps it's time for some banks to give up the pretence that they perform a public service. Nat West customers require and deserve better than this.

Very Poor, I used the quick pay at the bank so I didn't have to queue and they have lost one of the cheques :( which is causing me issues.. Do not use the quick drop at this bank
