In summer I decided to change my current account
- after 32 years. It seemed tricky as technology is hard for me.
I went to the Nationwide Morecambe branch and James Main reassured me that it's easy. He was very helpful and patient talking me through the necessary steps. We set up the Nationwide app and he explained how things work. Whenever I go to the branch with questions or requests he is always professional and reassuring that things can be sorted easily. I really feel very content having taken the big step and the branch is always a welcoming, friendly and most helpful place . Thank you.
