I used to absolutely hate going to any hairdressers and only made it about once a year, but not since Muse. Kim seems to know instinctively how to put you at ease. Most importantly she is a very skilled cutter.

I have always disliked going to the hairdressers, but Kim makes you feel so relaxed this is no longer so. I had very dry damaged hair (home dyes and too long between cuts) I asked Kym to "do as she wished" as I had no idea what I wanted. I now love my hair and book my next appointment before leaving. Kim is warm and friendly and has been styling my hair since the salon opened. She cuts it beautifully and always uses great products, I can also nip in for a free fringe trim when needed.
