Not the best produce or prices around but good enough. Sadly like most supermarkets you need an app to get the better prices on some items

One of the worst Morrisons going. Poorly stocked, veg and fruit on the turn, cant even get a pint of milk in there. Also, the toilets are absolutely disgusting. Refrigeration always breaking down. And, like how you dont even get discounts really anymore and price wise, I could actually do it for the same at M&S: whats the point in your more card really? Sainsburys is as far as Ill go now.

Me& my partner were shopping at nearby shop B&Ms when my partner had an hypo, her sugar levels dropped to 4 below for those of u who understand? So I decided to take her over to Morrison's cafe obviously for food and drink, but not to put too finer point on it we ordered sausage ? and mash I had peas she had beans ? we had to order the drinks separately 4 some strange reason as it stated 2 meals for £15 which I still think was a little overpriced but hey ho that's another story. So the food came quite quickly 2b fair as it stated 20 min wait time but I mentioned my partner had just had an hypo so could they please help out and maybe make it as quick as possible. Which they did. However the mash was semi warm and the peas were in a ramacin so we're her beans ?, but because of her situation she had to eat something otherwise we'd of had to have waited longer, so I am going to complain directly to the manager if this post isn't seen and replied too asap, and ask for a refund or a replacement hot ?? meal, if not I'm taking it further and going to seek professional help and get the professionals to come in and see the standard of which the place is in and also the food checking to see whether it's eatable for the consumer or not. So whatch this space ... And if ur reading this Morrison's I want an apology and a replacement meal please or I'm taking it to the onbisman.......
Thanks ?

I have shopped here for 15 years regularly and had no massive concerns with this place until recently. Unfortunately the car park has a time limit of 3 hours and we accidentally went over that time by 10 minutes. It is not a mistake we have made before but it had just been one of those days and our daughter (2 years old) was constipated (she gets this regularly) and suffers from reflux so had been sick in the car park. I was already stressed about
This and just wanted some lunch so that we could go and get some essentials from
The store for my Children - mainly nappies, prune juice and clothes. We had initially been to the range for decorating supplies and then gone to Morrisons cafe for some lunch. For an average person this is probably quite an easy task but with 2 children under 4 the timeframe of this becomes doubled. (Children running off, being unwell etc). My partner has a smaller than average throat so food gets stuck and he has to eat slowly and we didn?t realise that we had been so long. We realised as soon as we had come out of the cafe we were 10 mins over the time an I asked my partner if he could go and speak to someone if there was anything that could be done about the car park. He came back later saying that the lady at customer services said she couldn?t do anything it was just for emergencies which I knew wasn?t likely the case as we had had a ticket at Asda car park the year prior for a similar thing and they had been more than happy to help Understanding our situation. As we had already gone over our time and we still needed supplies I stayed in the shop and thought I would try speak to her again on the way out as you pass customer services after the tills and as my other half does not always quite explain himself as he is not very good at talking to people and gets nervous. I did try to talk to the lady on the way out but she was very dismissive and a little bit rude. I do not think I started the conversation off rude by saying hello, you spoke to my partner earlier about being over in the car park and is there nothing that can be done. Rather than explaining in a courteous empathetic manner I was abruptly told No and no time was taken to understand our situation why we had been late. A strong point was made by the lady however that we had been to the range which we had indeed but had also been to Morrisons cafe too also hadn?t intended to be over the timeframe. We weren?t taking the mickey as it was seeming to be suggested. I mean I didn?t set out to shop here to save move and then pay over the odds for parking. I do accept this was my fault for not keeping better track of time however it was not intentional just due to the events that had occurred and anyone with two young children knows that it takes so much longer to do anything when you are trying to keep them safe and happy. There was not even an offer of that we can take this off once as a gesture of goodwill or even I will speak to the manager. There was no empathy at all. We would spend £300 here On a regular basis but out of principal I will
no longer be shopping here. It?s madness in this day and age that you are fined for trying to support local. There was no customer care received at the customer services section.

No public toilets in Morecambe (ridiculous), we were told at the train station to use Morrisons, toilets were filthy and mostly broken. There is a toilet based word to describe the situation and the bay has it in abundance.

Awful. We were there earlyish, 10am, wasn't busy at all. Couldn't order kids breakfast as most of the ingredients were out of stock and couldn't exchange items for something else. Coffee machines broken so could only have instant coffee you make yourself. No sauces at all, ketchup or brown. When the food finally came it was not what was ordered, but close enough. All food was stone cold. Couldn't wait to get out to be honest. Worst breakfast ever. Also was overcharged but honestly we were too done with it all to bring it up.

Had two meals here today, one star for the price, apart from that eggs were under cooked, chips were cold and full of brown specks from the dirty fryer. Scampi was cold and soggy. And the place needs a clean. Will not be returning.

Not the best Morrison?s I?ve been to. The lighting was quite dim and the ceilings very low so it felt quite claustrophobic. Also the barrier to get out of the self service area wasn?t working. But a good place to park to walk into Morecambe

We went here yesterday. We had read the reviews and thought, you never know the manager might have seen all these bad reviews and done something about it. How wrong were we! Firstly, we went to the machine to order because that's what you have to do at ours.We both had the standard breakfast with coffee. We had to go and ask for a number to put into the machine. Then the coffee machines were all out of order so could only get instant coffee which we had already spent £2.60 on thinking it was the proper coffee. The drinks area was a mess. Dirty and empty milk cartons and coffee jar. When our food arrived (which was very quick) it looked like it was thrown on the plate. The mushrooms were disgusting. My poached egg was like a hard boiled egg. The beans looked like they had been sat there a week. My plate was reasonably presented but my husbands was terrible. He only ate a little bit and couldn't make himself eat it. My beans came in a pot, his didn't. I only hope the manager gets to see these reviews and actually does something about it. See photos attached. The one with black pudding was how it arrived minus the half pudding I took off him. Second picture is what he left.
