Food was freezing cold, granted ordered via Uber eats but it was freezing cold when arrived.
Also been in the restaurant in the past food again freezing cold.
Promised myself then I'll never return but to another bad judgement and the Mrs wanting a McDonald's attempted this evening not worth the money, also drinks were missing I'm assuming the delivery driver is collecting them, please avoid this McDonald's it will be a disappointment. Very very unhappy customer ???

Ordered a special treat for grandchildren. Never again was a waste of almost £30. Food cold, wrong items and added ingredients we had asked to be left off. Customer service didn't want to know, just said it was delivered in a reasonable time, that wasn't the issue the food was clearly sat waiting and cold when it left restaurant.

Terrible service, waited over 10 mins from ordering at the drive thru. Parking is chaos.... staff walking round the car park with trays of food, Going cold whilst trying to find the correct vehicles. YES food was cold.

It?s a horrid McDonalds. Very surly staff on the pay window and the service window. Total chaos always in the car park. Order accuracy is very hit and miss. Never able to organise themselves to serve food quickly so you always have to park up - even though they know there is nowhere to park. Avoid and go to Caton
