Awful, never answer the phone, never able to download prescriptions, computer system always down! Do not waste your time trying to collect any medication from here. Asda chemist much better, only positive they are open until 11pm and staff do try their best. Get a New computer system!!

Easily one of the worst pharmacies in the area.No initial greeting or 'we'll be with you in a minute', take forever to actually get your prescription ready with 10-15 minutes easily becoming 45 minutes to an hour, pay zero attention to the queue ahead of them and if you try and call them? You'd be better off using a carrier pigeon, I can't think of a single time in all the years they've been there that they've actually answered the phone.

Take forever when you go in for a prescription.Opens as stated on Sundays at 0930, called for over 10 minutes and no answer although at one time it had been picked up and left silent. Shocking, if your open at 0930 then answer the phone to your customers.

I placed my order on 17-Dec-2022. It is 8th of January 2023. Still not received it. The pharmacy says they are not responsible as they only hold the items for click and collect, the customer service representative says they only check the order status. Then, who the hell is responsible for making sure customers receive their orders within a reasonable time. One has to wait for at least 15 mins for a customer service reprentative to answer our call. And no response to the online query form. Terrible service. Highly disappointed.

Lovely staff, but I do have to queue most visits, quite often my medication isn?t ready for collecting despite me receiving an email from Lloyds saying that my prescription is ready to collect.

What is going on at Lloyds pharmacy in Morecambe Sainsbury? No pharmacist! No assistants! I was given my prescription to take away as they would be unable to fulfill my order at any time I could collect. Apparently staff morale is at an all time low as Lloyds wont pay the going rate and therefore no Pharmacists will work for them. Please sort this out asap!

Referred by 111 told to phone prior to visiting. No one answers the call even after several attempts.Not the fault the fault of the pharmacy it's the system. Arrived and pharmacist went above and beyond to help

From a patient's viewpoint the whole prescription ordering, prep and delivery system is a total mess. You don't know if a request has been issued, the pharmacy doesn't know if it has been issued, even the surgery reception staff don't know if it has been issued. you don't know if the pharmacy has received it, you don't know if they have made it up. And this pharmacy, like every other take an age to find it when it is on the shelf. I always find the staff here are approachable and doing their best but the whole system needs a radical overhaul.
