Helped us with our slate tiles, made sure we got the right ones, helped load them for us, and took back the extras we didn't need. Really good communications and support throughout. Would recommend to others, and we'll use for any building materials we need going forward.

Excellent. We still had part of a previous delivery on the drive, all spread around because some bags had been emptied and some were still full. When the next delivery arrived the driver moved the existing materials, then added the new materials, all together neatly in one place. They even put the wood right at the back so it couldnt be seen from the road and get nicked. All done the day after ordering.

Used this company recently, ordered four fence panels and four bags of postcrete. Rang twice asked whether bags needed covering as weather was meant to be terrible on the Friday delivery. Was assured bags would be fine as they were plastic and waterproof. Turned up on Sunday to find bags slung onto drive three split fourth useable. Rang on the Monday received no apology and was informed I had to produce the split bags for a refund. I informed the manager I had smashed them up mixed them with cement and used them as backfill. I offered to meet the manager at the property to show him the stains on the driveway the spilt postcrete had made, he declined. Was offered a gratuity on my next order but when I asked for confirmation in writing was told that wasn't possible. Have used this company over the last 15 years, have heard some bad reports recently from local trades people, I now agree with them.
