Sometimes 100% positive feedback can be misleading.
In my case my dealings with GMB was negative. Due to a fault not being picked up on an extensive condition report and repair , i broke down on the motorway on my way to holiday. Telephone calls were not answered and when i got in contact, the after sales service and customer relations was sadly lacking.
A warning to other customers thinking of using this garage.

I used to be a Mechanic myself so know a bit more than the average punter and having used these guys for a few various jobs recently I would definitely recommend them, they are super knowledgeable very polite and trustworthy and even though unsurprisingly busy they still managed to squeeze me in.The price was fair as well.They are new to me but from now on they will be my go to garage without a doubt.They will also sort an MOT out for you for £40.Great work guys ?

Had an urgent requirement for new tyres to my daughter's car ahead of a long journey to university.The garage sorted it quickly, were really friendly and all done at a good price.Would highly recommend them if you have a car issue.Thanks for the help GMB

Car failed its MOT took it to this garage for some electrical work, they took the car there and then, ordered the correct part, within 2 days the part had came and the problem was fixed! No messing around, very professional and fast service! Definitely be using this garage again!Service: Electrical

After arriving on our holiday to heysham I noticed my back brakes were grinding. Wasn't safe to drive home home. I called gmb and they told my to bring it down the following morning and it was done by 5 o'clock that day. Absolute life saver. Excellent service. Far better experience than any garage down my end.?
