The lettings team have been outstanding throughout my time renting my flat with them. Nina has been exceptional in recently securing a new tenant, going above and beyond to ensure both landlord and tenant needs were met. Imogen has also been extremely supportive, providing invaluable guidance with my next potential purchase. I?m very grateful for all their help and highly recommend their services.

The worst estate agent I have ever come across
I had a government grant for a new insulated roof, solar panels and underfloor insulation on my park home
As this didn't come with an invoice they wouldn't advertise this work even though the office manager said it wouldn't be a problem
And I had to pay £250 to get out of the contract, apparently for digital marketing even though the marketing didn't meet my requirements
And they are £1000 dearer than other agents in the area
Zero feedback and still waiting for their complaints department to get back to me
Also waited 2 weeks for a sign to arrive after much chasing
They are also no longer a member of the FCA, a red flag if ever I saw one

Farrell Heyworth have managed my property for a number of years now and they make it so easy. My property in Morecambe recently became vacant and they completed the fixes, found a new tennant and got them all moved in, in a matter of weeks! Got a call from Thomas Malkin yesterday regarding my mortgage options. He was very professional and listened to what my needs were in regarding a certain type of mortgage. There was no pushy sales pitch, he explained to me what I needed to do and told me to get back in touch with him once I?m ready. I would highly recommend him, as he is customer focused not just sales focused.
