Pre-paid for oil, filter and oil pan to be collected. Received notice they were in stock and ready to pickup.
Arrived to be told they did not have my order in stock. When asked why I was told 'we don't have any oil on the shelves'?!!
I didn't care about the shelves, I was there to collect an order I had paid for and was told was ready!!
What an entirely pointless evolution leading to a wasted day I could have been working to pay for those items from a distributor that could fulfil the order.
Now left to source elsewhere and book another afternoon off.
Will not use again

Quite recently I brought some brake discs and pads first they changed me for at the discs they didn?t have in stock which had been refunded after a week. Then I had to returned the second discs cuz I didn?t needed to change at the store the guy did the refund for me. Today I received my refund for £18 not for £49 looked at my order history and the invoice and he actually refunded the brake pads not the discs. I?m very disappointed the guys actually seen a big box with the pair of discs and still refunded the pads which is a tiny little box. I?m gonna have to go back to the shop in Morecambe and hopefully I get the correct refund this time.

Terrible service from the counter assistant. Damaged parts, counter staff really rude.
When I had phoned prior to this the man was helpful so I ordered parts.

Great place for those little things you need. Like bolts, nuts ect. They are in the process of expanding as I wright this review. So I will improve. Wish that staff would engage a little more. It's is hard to get them to speak when you do go to pay for an item.
