I ordered two large pizzas at 4:45pm on a Sunday evening and the pizzas turned up 25 minutes later (so before the 35-40 expected time given on ordering).
Our food was hot and tasty and just as we wanted. Recommended.

Found a big clump of hair in the pizza. Took more than an hour for a replacement to arrive. We should have been refunded but we're refused.

I had a bad experience.I turned up to order ONE large 2 item pizza (extra cheese snd mushroom) on a Special that's advertised in Store (on 2 menus placed on the Counter) for £9.99. Only to be told by the Man on the till this evening (8.30pm) that this Pizza wasnt available to me.I told him not to bother and walked out heading over to McDonald's for decent service.

Food delivery excellent, was half an hour early, food fresh and hot.Chips were 5.00 seving 2 not a lot to go round. Having said that you dont need loads as pizza is plentiful. Still, expensive for them.Would recommend, especially with the deal.

Dreadful delivery service. Pizzas wrong several times, no replacements sent, staff outright lie to customers and don't listen, I've even been shouted at over the phone for saying my pizza was missing toppings I'd paid for. Staff in the store weren't wearing gloves while handling food. Wouldn't order again, don't recommend.
