Staff this morning were absolutely brilliant when I accidentally spilt a tray of 2 drinks all over the table and floor. I was mortified but they quickly mopped up the lake of coffee and sorted us more drinks. So kind and helpful. Many thanks

Coffee is great that?s standard. but I was at the till there was a young mother and her 2 kids behind me. Waiting to get served when someone a older female staff member clearly knew came in. Completely ignored the woman and children to serve him and not charge him. Can someone explain how all customers can get this service ????? Guy that did serve was great.

Well, if you're used to Japanese service, it's shocking, or maybe it's normal in Japan...Part-time workers chatting with each other over the food, it's slow, and it's not typical of part-time shifts. A young deaf girl enters the counter in casual clothes and joins in the conversation, bypassing me as a customer and getting her drink first?This store is very untidy, so I won't be going back there anymore.

I always use costa when out for walks, this as to be the worst ive used. 4 guys serving took ages just to get 2 medium lattes. Went on yhe seafront to drink our lattes, both of us couldn't drink as was a weird taste, They ended up in the bin, we should have taken them back, but the place was packed due to poor service.

Really disappointed today, been coming to Morecambe Costa since it opened. Never had an issue before until today, our order took alot longer than usual. However staff were messing about laughing and joking together and not concentrating once manager left the counter. So much so that my partners order was completely forgotten about. No apology was made, lady who taken our order confirmed we did order another drink and then it was laughed off. We waited and then was handed our missing drink with no apology. Headed out the cafe and had our drinks elsewhere only to then realise that my chocolate brownie milkshake was compacted with ice to the point where it was flavourless.Won't be going back.

We had to wait for almost half an until being served! Each time with another excuse just because they are too cheap to have enough waiters and the ones that they have are too tired to actually go between the customers! The said coffee that they talk about is not worth the wait....
