Brilliant chemist,lovely staff and they get you sorted as soon as they can,I left this chemist to go to Westgate chemist and what a shambles that chemist is so went back to Cohens. Wish I'd never left

The lady who spoke to me was absolutely disgraceful in every single way possible, after a doctor had called my wife to tell her the prescription was ready to collect at the chemist, the woman then told me they was out of stock of the item, I replied stating that it wasn?t good enough and it wasn?t going to help my 2 year old daughter, to then see the woman throw the prescription over the counter and tell me to go elsewhere for it and to get out. I am absolutely disgusted it which the way I was treated. The woman has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever and deserves to be fired from her job, which I will be telling Cohen?s head office. I will never be using this chemist again and I wouldn?t recommend to anyone.
