Great place .room was nice and clean ..sea view .worth paying the extra 5.50 for breakfast ..cooked fresh and was lovely .took my dog Annie and she loved it
She got sausage for her breakfast .Would definitely stay again

Travelled up to Morecambe on a Saturday to watch my football team play with friends, we had a lovely stay at the Clarendon Hotel very friendly check in rooms were spaces and very clean and whats more had a good night sleep in a very comfortable bed + breakfast was perfect.
Will definitely book into this Hotel again.

Great spacious apartment. Friendly staff, breakfast good. Hotel really nice. Apartment needs a bit of a revamp, tired in places and was freezing cold until the heating came on at 6pm. Breakfast staff good, friendly. Free parking. Would come again for sure.

A beautiful hotel in a lovely location, within walking distance of all amenities.
Rooms are spacious and lovely and clean.
All staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly.
We really enjoyed our time here and have already made a future booking.

Had a lovely stay at the Clarendon this past weekend, as was attending an event at the Alhambra. Really good location, the staff couldn't be faulted (an issue with the lock on the first room was sorted out very quickly) and there was a good selection for the continental breakfast. There were a few minor maintenance issues in the room (only one of the windows opened for example) as you would expect from a hotel of this age and they were clean and quiet. It's my second time staying here and it would be my first choice if I find myself heading back to Morecambe.
Rooms: Clean, quiet, in need of minor renovations (bathroom door handles, etc.)
Safety: Felt very safe in hotel. Front door is locked in the early evening and can be unlocked using your room key, then later in the night you have to call the porter and they will buzz you in
Walkability: Couple of minutes walk from the Alhambra
Food and drinks: The hotel has continental and full cooked breakfast, depending on rate booked, but you can upgrade the night before for a charge. There was a resident bar as well as a public bar, but didn't have time to use. Nearby there is a lovely Indian restaurant (not suitable for coconut allergies) for sit in or take away and a lovely Chinese take away

Nearby activities: Lancaster is close by and the Lakes are accessible along with the Yorkshire Dales.
Walkability: You can walk by the sea from the hotel.

As always a great experience when staying at the Clarendon. Rooms very clean and tidy. Value for money and great location. Will be definitely returning.

Budget hotel, looks a little shabby from the front, but nice inside rooms are basic, clean and warm
Biggest problem is the water pressure really poor never saw any improvement others complained about it on different floors
Pretty good choice for breakfast with traditional English or continental offered
Staff very helpful and polite, a credit to the hotel
Davy Jones bar underneath is owed by the same people
Rooms: Pretty basic but value for what they charged
Nearby activities: Plenty of nearby fast food outlets and restaurants
Safety: Good access into hotel via room card

Thank to the staff at Clarendon Hotel Morecambe, they were so welcoming, friendly and helpful...We were a family of four...really enjoyed the comfort and warmth of the room...we had the sea view apartment...it was indeed an amazing experience..Thank you

Breakfast was a bit confusing as I thought I?d booked for a full English but was told at Check in that it was a complimentry Continental Breakfast. Didn?t mind paying The extra cost as it was reasonable but breakfast details should be clearer.

Really lovely spot for a seaside break. Rooms are comfy, clean and warm. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would suggest real coffee for breakfast rather than instant but we still enjoyed it a lot
