Went today to look at flooring. We were told it was upstairs and someone would come up. We waited 15 minutes. Eventually we went back downstairs and said we weren't going to bother. All the lady said was he's gone up. We just shrugged our shoulders and left. No apology or anything. Its not the first time we've had bad service from this company. We always try and support local businesses, but we won't be going g back there to soon. A smile and an apology goes a long way.

Excellent service throughout purchased 6 tons of limestone chippings driver was superb getting the order up our very narrow lane and dropped them in our yard also got some really good paint from them for our farm gates very pleased indeed

Just had a delivery of gravel, driver assessed job in hand and very carefully dropped bag between two trees, missing the flower beds and placed exactly where I wanted - couldn?t have asked for a better service!
