Love the quality of the shoes in here. I always go in a spend a fortune everytime, but it's worth it and the shoes are always comfortable, hard wearing and last.
The only down side is I feel like I'm treated like a criminal as soon as I walk into the shop just based on my looks. The ladies in here that look 70+ can browse freely, but I have all staff eyes on me when I go in, I'm asked continuously if I need help, and have someone follow me around the store for no reason. Every time I glance up I'm surrounded by watchful eyes, especially if I go within a radius of the jewelry.
I can feel the staffs guard go down as soon as I reach the till and pay for everything.
I understand theres probably some form of shoplifting issues, I just wish I wasn't made to feel untrusting when I enter the shop as a paying customer.
Other than that, the shoes and clothes are excellent.

I have bought a few items here from over the years from shoes to clothes which are good quality, the staff are always helpful and friendly and when buying clothes they know how to fold them properly. I will continue to shop here when visiting Morcombe
