I went to Brewers this afternoon to see if I could return some unopened unused sample pots I bought yesterday. The chap serving proceeded to open the pots and claimed there was less in them than he'd expect, accusing me of trying to get a refund on goods I've used. He then conferred with a colleague on what she thought about the amount of paint in the pots before she informed him that the store doesn't refund sample pots as policy anyway! This just made the false accusation and humiliation seem all the more unnecessary.
Shame about the customer service but never mind, now my toddler has some very nice paint to do arts and crafts with ?

Lovely, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Warm and welcoming. Great selection of paint and don't mind if you browse for ages whilst you make up your mind! Offer a 10% discount for NHS staff too.
