Pleasant staff good food ideally placed at sea front. Would be nice if they served meals past the 2:30 deadline. Had a light bite and a dessert.

An excellent family run local restaurant. I had the fish and chips my wife had the scampi. Both were absolutely delicious, especially after a couple of hours walking on Morecambe front. The staff were welcoming and friendly and service was just right, not rushed but not slow either. Also had the strawberry milkshake as well. One of the best I?ve tasted!
Take away is available but I?m not sure if it?s just cakes and lite bites.
So walk a little out of town (not too much) sit down, eat, enjoy the view and support local.

After a lovely walk from sandylands to bare village end of beautiful morecambe bay , I decided to try the Bow window . Lovely welcome really clean tablecloths, decorated really nice. Varied menu Roast dinners I tried the flapjack & cappuccino very tasty indeed. The sea view was great , definitely recommended try this if in bare / morecambe bay area. I will be back !
