The staff were all very knowledgeable and helpful. A special shout out to Paul who advised us from start to finish along with his sense of humour which made for a fun shopping trip. I would certainly advise anyone to make this their go to shop if looking for a new bed/mattress/pillows.

Good experience overall with Benson's for Beds in Lancaster, we were looked after by Syd who was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. Definitely handy being able to try mattresses because its a total minefield trying to buy particularly online, ended up settling for an extra firm Sealy Bronte Posturepedic Mattress. All the firm mattresses didn't really offer enough support and the Sealy felt like it was a quality product.

Would definitely use Bensons for bed again. From entering the shop to the delivery of my mattress the service was second to none! Delivery men Mick and Kelvin were brilliant, nothing was a problem and they were extremely pleasant. Thank you all.

Really great customer service all the way through the manager at the shop in Lancaster was very good not too pushy but informative and helpful and the delivery guys were spot on courteous pleasant and got the job done within the stated time frame. All in all a great customer experience
