Always friendly and understanding about me either wearing my hat or my hood up on my hoodie, once I explained it's to do with the lighting they understood why I wore them.
My youngest has Global Developmental Delay it effects his speech and legs but when I go in my youngest they always greet him with a Hello (name) big smile

UPS should be aware that as reported previously they are refusing parcels - excuses ? ' too big ' ' it's weekend ' sheer laziness - i took my parcels to another branch in the same town and they couldn't have been more helpful - i will never use this shop again for anything at all , time wasting liar of an lady turned me away on a rainy morning for the simple reason she couldn't be arsed with parcels - on Monday i will call UPS to inform them they are making up their own rules and policies to suit them

Trying to send a parcel ( I send hundreds each week) this time it just happens to be sent with UPS (Never again) this required me to drop the parcel off at the Bargain Booze store. The parcel was 45cm x 30cm x 15cm so no bigger then a microwave (apparently they use this as a guide to whether they will accept a parcel or not) - The staff members not UPS as you can send much larger items. The parcel was over 5KG which was fine because I had paid for the parcel weighing upto 20KG. The middle aged women in the shop didn't like the fact it was over 5KG and said the policy is no bigger then a microwave and it must be under 5KG and that she was right and UPS online who I bought the postage from was wrong and that I couldn't leave it with her. Therefore I took it to 233 Westminister Road (12.09.21) @ Aprox 13:00hrs and this women said that she wasn't going to accept any parcels on a weekend and its the rule. So In the end I brought the parcel home cancelled the shipping with UPS and rebooked with another company. Therefore due to the lack of propper training at Bargain Booze, UPS have lost money from that parcel but also all future parcels that I send because I will NOT be using them ever again.
