Dawn at this branch is absolutely fantastic. From start to finish of purchasing the car she kept me informed every step of the way. The process of it being online forms to fill in makes it so simple (as we are just over an hour away from this branch!). Dawn is so polite and friendly, but most importantly super informative, which was really helpful when trading in my car.Thank you Dawn for making the process so smooth, and following up with some fantastic after-care!

Collected my car barely a month ago and found front two suspension springs to be snapped, parcel shelf missing and car keys not working properly. Booked in for repair luckily found these faults in time. But paying for a car which iv barely been able to use. Wasted money. Please do better.

My experience of the motability has been excellent. Dawn who handled our motability journey is amazing. She communicates and updates with every step. I have been kept informed throughout and the car also arrived very quickly. Thankyou dawn for all of your help you have been fab ?

Clean and tidy showroom and outdoor display area. Helpful staff but quite pushy! A big turn off for me. One of the guys showed me a £20k car even though my budget was £12k and when I told him that wasn't going to work he said "we'll see". I had four phone calls and an email within 3 hours of leaving the showroom. It's a shame as there were some good cars to look at.

Well, all l can say is 100% satisfied. We had excellent service and customer care. The staff we delt with , Keiron, Ian and the Branch manager where all helpful and very efficient. Everything was delt with quickly and easily. We had a minor issue after purchase which has been addressed without any problems. We would highly recommend Arnold Clark Morecambe, we felt comfortable, well looked after and not pressured at all with our purchase. A very satisfied costomer.

Recently bought a car from here. Great service from Iain. I couldn?t view the car as lived 50 miles away so videos were sent and just picked it up from click and collect. Smooth service all the way through. would recommend!!
