Very expensive for pub food ,got our order wrong then waited 30 minutes for puddings and it was not that busy, staff was too busy chatting to serve it wasn't that special

Disappointing carvery, meat was dry, poor selection of vegetables and roast potatoes were rock hard.
Another ick of mine is when the server starts to clear plates away while people are still eating, poor etiquette.

A pleasant but very quiet pub ( 13.45 hrs ) upside - staff very friendly, downside - drinks and food overpriced , I am unlikely to call again as you can get the same thing at much more competitive prices.

They didn't bring our desserts (ordered and paid for), when challenged they blamed us for not telling the member of staff who cleared the dishes that we were having dessert

If you like see through wafer thin meats from the Carvery....this is the place to go. One basically is paying for a plate of vegetables as the meats are sliced by Gillette razors.
