All the staff were lovely. Had all you can eat breakfast which was brilliant. One flaw and this is aimed at you Mitchell's and Butler, £2.50 for a large orange cordial with tap water!!!! Do me a favour...Rip Off!

First time at this Toby Carvery, first time we've been to any for a few years.
We ordered a couple of regular carveries with the wonderful staff who looked after us at our table.
Upon receiving the beef from the lad who appeared to be in carving training his tutor instructed him to cut it thinner in the future. Now that lad was doing just fine, and I only just about received sufficient, if I had been the next customer behind I would not have been happy.
Mash potato was awful, carrots and peas tasteless, Yorkshire pudding and green beans decent.
It will be a few years again before I visit a Toby carvery.

We normally come here for breakfast after travelling a long journey to visit Blackpool but we will now be ending that tradition. The hashbrowns were undercooked and mush, there was no sausages, the pancakes were rock hard, there was no hot water and no milk for drinks...a disaster. I will just add the staff were really friendly though.

Dramatic experience, not to be repeated unless there is a nuclear war in which only Toby Carvery survives. Never, never, never again.
Little meat, dry and unpleasant. Luckily tomorrow I'm going home.

Worst meal we have ever had all my family have stomach upset the food was warm at best don't no where they got the price from 60 pounds for 4 dodgy stomach

The food was warm tough and we paid £29 for a horrible meal that we didn't even enjoy. The atmosphere was so bad by staff and one member of staff was so rude I don't even know how he's even got a job we paid £7.80 for 2 juices that was so expensive also £21.58. I think beggers on the street probably get better and hotter food that. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone if anyone wants to go here take it at your own risk??.

Barely warm food, tough meat and left most of it, and charged £7.80 for two soft drinks!??
To top it off got a parking fine for parkng outside restaurant in disabled space with Blue Ticket in car window !
Our evening was basicly a nightmare from start to finish and we had to paid for the experience ! BEWARE !

I was served 2 slices of very fatty lamb. When I asked for it to be replaced, the server was not pleased! I go to a Toby at least once a month and this Toby is by far the worst and should be avoided. I won?t visit again.

Quite a wait for food. Food arrived cold. When complained. Told it would be heated. Came back not much warmer. Served on cold plates. No apology. Poor customer service

Been here a few times now but feel r the last 3 I been getting a king plate and being given wather this meat, cis me £28 for a king plate and a normal and the normal plate got same wather thin meat as me, I thought king plate you get more, servers act as if it's coming out there own pocket, service with a smile wouldn't go a miss either!! Parking: We all had the carvery in noticed on my plate there was a food preparation table she offered me something from the kitchen but wasn't prepared to give me a free meal.
