I?ve been using this subway as my go to for a while now and it has always been the best in the area, won?t go to any other store however todays service was awful, there was a lady with glasses and a young blonde guy behind the counter and their attitudes stank, I heard them complain several times they want to go home, the food they were basically just chucking on peoples orders without any care, and speaking to customers like they couldn?t be bothered with them. The staff on today need re training.

I ordered x2 platters which I needed to collect at 8 am for an early meeting. Everything was ready, the platters were presented beautifully and were very well received. Thank you so much!

Thought we would come here for a pit stop. There was no urgency from staff to get us served. Waited 10 mins to be served with only one person in front of us. Both members of staff lacked any customer service skills, and seemed like they didn?t want to be there. Forgot the cookie I ordered but was charged.

Just been sworn at by one of your delivery drivers would not recommend food delivery from your subway as driver is liable to loose his temper and sware at you his vehicle registration is KK04LUL

Ordered my food at 19:28pm tonight and I have waited 2 and a half hours for my ordered to come then to find out that they have closed and I?m not going to receive my order absolutely shocking will never order from them again

Called in for lunch utter chaos staff didn?t know what they were doing and looked under staffed heard them arguing amongst themselves and threatening to quit ! Finally ordered one foot long sub and a tub of meat balls , asked for the sub to be cut in half to share with ranch dressing it came uncut and with no sauce at all , meatballs we?re Luke warm and the cheese wasn?t even melted , how hard can it be ?
