Played the course for first time today (10.04 tee time) on a mild and sunny day hoping for a dry course compared to my damp inland course. Instead we found a course that was very wet in areas, 1 closed hole, 4 temporary greens, two temporary tees, inconsistent greens because of wet patches and ALL bunkers GUR. At £75 this course should be avoided in the winter. I would maybe consider playing again if £25-£30. Without bunkers in play the course is quite a boring flat course.

Lovely golf Great condition.Challenging but great layout.Clubhouse and staff all great.Would definitely recommend if you are in the area.Equally as good as it's near neighbour IMHO.

Great course, fairways are in super conditions and the greens roll so well. I'd play here every week.

Great course.Getting rather stingy on peripheral stuff.£5 for 2s club, prize 4 Srixons is a good example.

Tremendous view from the bar upstairs in the clubhouse, taking in most of the course and giving you a sighting of Blackpool`s famous tower.Signed for the course for the course, made welcome by the PRO straight away, given all relevant info before our round (ie access codes for clubhouse, driving range, practice facilities). Found the course to be in good condition, GREENS were superb even early in the season.Stay out the fairway bunkers!!!! Double bogies awaitDefinitely recommend a visit to this course if in the area!

Played on 8th December. Condition was superb. Par 3?s are great fun! A shame that you can?t play off the White?s as it played short even in December - however, judging by the pace of play, perhaps a wise decision!Overall a wonderful experience, friendly lady members and pro shop staff and a links course definitely worth playing if you?re in the area.

Had an incredible round yesterday in a seniors open. Course was fabulous, it's always good in fairness, but exceptional yesterday.First tee shot is aided by a large black obelisk, erected by the members to guide the player towards the middle of the fairway; most thoughtful.Friendly club, if you're fond of links golf you have to come here.
