I have been having problems with my my Specsavers Advance hearing aids going back a few times to the St Anne's Audiology Centre. I never got the issues resolved till today when I was seen by Joanne she made me feel at home straight away and offered me a new hearing test. The hearing test went well as I felt more at ease...
